Welcome to Information Technology Services (ITS) Account Services. ITS offers many types of account services to Penn State faculty, staff, students, and departments. ITS account services include the following:

Requirements

All ITS Account Services require a Penn State Access Account. For information about the Penn State Access Account, why you need it, and how to obtain it, please see the Penn State Access Account page.

All services must be requested by filling out the ITS Academic Computing Services Request Form. This and other forms are available via the "Application Forms" link in the left-hand navigation area, which points to Online Application Forms Central - a consolidated, online repository of forms designed to help the Penn State community conduct business more efficiently. Online Application Forms Central will eventually become a full suite of dynamic, online application forms for all accounts-related services. The conversion to online forms, however, will not totally eliminate previous versions. Both .pdf and printed versions of all forms will continue to be available online and on a per-request basis; however, those who wish to apply for such services are encouraged to use the online versions.

Printed versions of completed forms should be submitted to the ITS Accounts Services Office, 101 Computer Building, University Park. They may be mailed to the above address or faxed to 814-865-9289. Forms are also available at the ITS Accounts Services Office.
