Scheduled Software Upgrade to Cause Minor Outage to Password Funtion at https://www.work.psu.edu/

Academic Services and Emerging Technologies (ASET), a unit of Information Technology Services (ITS), will perform a software upgrade between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday April 3, 2004. During this upgrade, the change password function via the ITS Secure Server at https://www.work.psu.edu/ will be unavailable. In addition, an outage notice will be posted on the change password screen suggesting that users return after 10:00 a.m.

Questions about this outage may be directed to the ITS Help Desk helpdesk@psu.edu.



Please note that all systems are scheduled for daily maintenance between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. During this time, one or more Internet services may not be available. The ITS systems status page shows the current status of servers.
