Computing
Description
The ET Computing initiative involves the use of computing in areas not traditionally served by a central computing organization. ET also will examine new tools and techniques for administering, monitoring, and protecting computing resources. ET's current activities in this area are on-demand computing; rendering and animation; and system virtualization and provisioning.
