CLog

Description

cLog is a Web log program written entirely in the C programming language. It allows for authenticated Web log entries as well as authenticated comments to those entries.

cLog features include:

  • database backend (currently MySQL, PostgreSQL coming soon)
  • performance and scaling
  • robust group-based privilege management
  • simple, easy-to-use interface

    Collaborators

    cLog has been deployed within Educational Technology Services (ETS) within Teaching and Learning with Technology (TLT), also a unit of ITS. Likewise, ET considers this a viable group blogging application for other areas within Penn State.
