Developers and stakeholders who need assistance may direct inquiries to the FPS Project Team at fps@psu.edu.

End-users who need assistance or experience problems, should first contact the designated user support in your area. Most stakeholders provide their own end-user support for their respective FPS Web applications. If additional assistance is required, users may be directed to contact ITS Help Desk staff at helpdesk@psu.edu and include the the following in the error report:

• your FPS Account userid (for example, xyz5000)
• the time the error occurred
• the error messge(s) received, if any
• the Web broswer type and version (for example, Mozilla 1.6 or Internet Explorer 5.0)
• the platform and operating system (for example, Windows XP or Macintosh OSX)
