If you're curious about VPN and you have more "technical questions" about VPN than what is covered here, send an e-mail message to helpdesk@psu.edu

If you experience problems with installing or using a VPN client, send an e-mail message to helpdesk@psu.edu. Please include the following information:

• Your Penn State Access Account userid (for example, xyz123)
• The platform and operating system you use (for example, Macintosh or Windows) and its version
• The time the error occured
• Any error messages you receive
